When you enquire through our website, by phone or by email, we may collect:

Your name, address, phone number and email
Details about the project you are enquiring about
Any photos or documents you choose to share
Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) via standard analytics

2. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
To arrange site visits and carry out work you have agreed
To invoice for completed work and keep accounting records
To respond to follow-up questions or warranty matters

3. Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit an enquiry), to perform a contract (when we carry out work for you), and to meet our legal obligations (HMRC and accounting records).

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted suppliers, sub-contractors or accountants where strictly necessary to deliver your project, and only the minimum needed.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Completed project records are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC and warranty obligations.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data. You can also object to processing or request data portability. Email david.jprice@btopenworld.com to exercise any of these rights.
