• Hardiebacker, Marmox or Wedi cement-board on every wet-zone wall, dressed into a fully bonded tanking system (Schlüter Kerdi, Mapei Mapegum, BAL Tank-it).
• Large-format porcelain, natural marble, limestone and travertine — bookmatched and dry-laid before fixing for vein continuity.
• Soldered copper or press-fit on concealed runs, with isolation valves on every fitting and accessible service points behind removable panels.
• Designer brassware from Hansgrohe Axor, Dornbracht, Vola, Drummonds, Catchpole & Rye, Lefroy Brooks and Perrin & Rowe — installed strictly to manufacturer torque and pressure specifications.
• Underfloor heating, heated mirror demisters, electric towel warmers and architectural lighting — all on dimmable, scene-controlled circuits.

Methods we follow

• Pre-design survey including incoming water pressure, soil and vent capacity, structural loading for stone baths, and ventilation strategy.
• Full setting-out drawing for every tile, joint, fitting centre-line and lighting position — agreed with the designer or client before a single tile is cut.
• Pressure test on all new pipework — held for 24 hours minimum — before any board, screed or tile is fixed.
• Wet-room floors formed with pre-formed falls or built-up screed, then double-tanked, then flood-tested before tiling.
• Final commissioning: every valve balanced, every joint silicone-sealed in neutral-cure sanitary grade, written hand-over pack with care guides for stone, brassware and tanking warranties.
